The hotel is actually the oldest in the city and has been functioning since 1840. It enjoys a tranquil location, in a little square, hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Las Ramblas. This is an ideal spot from which to explore Barcelona on foot. It is adjacent to the Liceu Theatre and La Boquieria Market.
